The Submit button on the 'Review' tab is not displayed when the 'Registrant', 'Location', 'Information', 'Contacts' or any combination of them have their tab name in RED
The Submit button on the 'Review' tab is displayed when the 'Registrant', 'Location', 'Information', 'Contacts' tab names are GREEN. you have successfully enter all expected information and can are now allowed to send the registraton to the Alarm Ordinance Unit
